1. HIPAA Vault’s HIPAA Compliant secure therapist email service requires a registered domain name (e.g. @yourcompanyname.com), not a @yahoo/gmail/outlook.com domain. Those domains will not work! If you do not own a domain, we can register one for you for $24.99/year.
2. HIPAA Vault will host all active email addresses on a given domain. In other words, HIPAA Vault will become the secure email provider for all email addresses under your chosen domain.
3. HIPAA Compliant Gmail does not work with free Gmail accounts. If you don’t already have a G Suite account, you can add it to your HIPAA compliant Gmail order.
